Our Fairytale

We are an expert design house that provides a wide range of design and engineering consultancy services. Established in Jeddah in 1996 under the Saudi Binladen Group, most of our services have focused on private palaces and villas. Nevertheless, we have also participated in various projects, including commercial spaces, administrative offices, residential complexes, governmental mega projects, and more.

In 2019, we joined Modern Building Leaders Company (MBL) as a sister company, specializing in private palaces and aspiring to attract mega governmental projects. With a great team of experts and over 25 years of experience, we are fully prepared to provide services that meet client satisfaction and needs.
